Announcing Blogging Workshop

Hi everyone. I hope this first kinda-sorta fall weekend is treating you well. I wanted to let you all know about an upcoming opportunity to learn more things about WordPress.

If you’re having trouble or are just overwhelmed with the idea of blogging and writing aesthetically pleasing posts, there is some help for you.  Of course, you can always visit me in my office hours, which are posted above on the blog menu.  Now, though, the Carmichael Library has announced the first of it’s Fall 2012 Technology Instruction Workshops.  This Wednesday at 5:30 PM in the EBSCO classroom (ground floor of the Carmichael Library), I will be leading an informal workshop on informed blogging.  We will simply go through some of the mechanics of writing and publishing innovative, stylistically appealing blog posts.  There’s no need to make a reservation:  just come and learn.  I guarantee you that you’ll feel more comfortable with blogging.

    • Glad to hear you are well on your way. Right now, we don’t have any more informed blogging sessions on the docket, but I’m always happy to meet with you individually at office hours or elsewhere to recap what we talked about in the session…Just track me down!
